　　I’m naturally looking knackered! laughs the presenter, I don’t exercise. I walk a lot and I’m out in the garden a lot. I used to be a real gym bunny and swim a lot but I don’t now. I do eat very well and really enjoy cooking. I eat well but beauty-wise, I’m positively the laziest person in the world. As you get older, putting on your make-up takes forever – you have to start like an hour and a half before.

　　It’s just me and the dogs day-to-day so they don’t care what I look like. I make an effort if I’m going out and about as I don’t want to scare people!
