While this prefab home might seem small, it contains three bedrooms, along with a bathroom and an open-concept kitchen and living room. (A smaller 20-foot version has two bedrooms.)

Did we mention this packable home has two floors? There are two spacious rooms on the top floor, one of which opens up to a terrace that spans the length of the house. The contemporary design features a striking black roof and siding accented by wood planking and flooring throughout.

(Sorry, no Prime overnight option for this purchase!) 

However, there is another review on the product page from a customer who is over the moon not just for themselves but for the state of the current real estate market, too.
