1. What's the MOQ? can we buy sample first?

     Welcome your samples for testing, mixed samples are also acceptable. 

2. What's your FOB price?

     Our price are often EXW price, then there is no MOQ, but if you want FOB price, then MOQ is 1000pcs when unit price less than 30USD, MOQ is 500pcs when unit price is from 30USD-100USD., MOQ is 100pcs when unit price more than 100USD.

3. What's your warranty?

      We offer one year warranty for whole set for all of our solar products, and for solar panel, we offer 3-10years warranty.

4. How do you ensure the quality?

      We get three QC processes: 1. for raw materials. 2. during the half of production. 3. final QC test one by one after a full aging process.

5. How to do if any problems on our side in the warranty time?

     First, take picture of videos to us as proof, then send it to us, we will solve it and replace new one for you!
