1) Are you a factory directly?

Man: Yes, we have our own factory in Shenzhen.

2) How we can start our cooperation?

Man: send me your inquiry by email with all the details, such as Pictures/Size/Material/Qty/Packing/other spectial request, then I will send you a full set quotation within 24 hours, and then arrange sampling for your approval, produce the bulk production according to your confirmed pp sample after we got 30% deposit, and arrange your QC come to our factory to take an inspection, finally pay us the balance payment by get B/L copy.

3) How can I add my logo onto bag?

Man: It depends on styling, we can silk print/embossed/hot transfer/degital print etc.

4) Can I custom my style?

Man: yes, we are factory whom can custom your style, from source material/adjust size/print your own pattern.

5) Can I visit your factory before place order?

Man: yes, we can pick you up from Luohu Station or shenzhen airport and book hotel for you stay with you to the end of see you off.

6) How your factory to control the bags quality?

Man: we book sample's material from professional supplier directly, that means all the materials of sample and the bulk goods with the same quality, after material back to warehouse, our worker will inspect quality and quantity within 3 days, if have quality problem, we will contact supplier to deal with it in first time until all ok for the production, and use the bulk material to arrange a pp sample before production to check once again to ensure that everything is ok to start the produce the goods, then cutting/sewing/packing, we have our own QC to control the quality in every step, with the purpose that every of our goods in perfect quality to present to our clients. Because of this, every of our clients are satify with our quality and place more and more order with us.

7) What's the way for you to send sample or goods to us?

Man: for sample: we can send to you by express by FedEx, DHL, UPS, China Post, etc.

          for goods: by ship, air, express, it depends on your request.

8) What's your payment term of sample or goods?

Man: for sample, you can pay us sampling charge and express charge to us by paypal.

          for goods: 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% by T/T after you got the B/L copy.
