‖.Installation and wiring

Connect the "+" of the photovoltaic panel to the red line at the solar end of the controller. (the solar end and the battery end are marked on the face of the controller, please do not connect to the solar end of the cable is φ 4mm.battery end cable φ 2mm.2. Connect the "-" extreme of the photovoltaic panel to the black line at the solar end of the controller. 3. Long press the set button to enter setting mode, set battery voltage. 4. Connect the () pole of the battery to the red line at the battery end of the controller. Connect the battery pole to the black line at the battery end of the controller. After the connection is normal, if there is sun, the controller will start to work. III. Recommendations for use 

The controller should not overload the maximum power of photovoltaic panels using 12V system is 300W, if there are two 18V photovoltaic panels with total power exceeding 300W it is suggested that the maximum power of PV panels using 24V system in series is 600W, and if there are two or more photovoltaic panels, please use in parallel. The working voltage of PV panel is 18V, the open circuit voltage is 22V / 24V, the working voltage of PV panel is 36V and the open circuit voltage is 44V. See the parameters on the back of the photovoltaic panel before connecting.) The controller will be heated during operation. It is recommended that it be installed in a ventilated heat-dissipating environment. When the system is in use, it is suggested to connect a switch between the battery and the controller and between the photovoltaic panel and the controller, otherwise, the phenomenon of ignition will occur during the connection, and the safety of the system can also be guaranteed by connecting the switch. The input and output of the system are designed to be isolated, no co-negative and no co-positive. It is important that batteries are often filled, at least once a month, or they will suffer permanent damage. The battery can be filled only if it enters the battery with more energy than the load uses. Keep this in mind when you configure your system.

IV. System running and status indication

After the system connection is normal, if there is sun, then the system starts up, when the LED lights flicker several times, the digital tube lights up and the system starts up. After the system is started, the digital tube circulates to display the battery voltage, solar energy input voltage, charging current and LED lamp. V. Security recommendations

The controller can adapt 18 V and 36 V photovoltaic panels, please do not use open circuit voltage above 50 V photovoltaic panels, otherwise there is a risk of burning. There are no parts to be maintained and repaired inside the controller, and the inner part contains a voltage higher than the safety of the human body. Please do not disassemble the controller by yourself. Do not put water or corrosive liquid into the controller, this will damage the controller. Whether it is 48V battery, 60V battery and 72V battery, the terminal voltage of the battery exceeds the safety voltage of the human body. When operating, pay attention to the use of insulation tools and keep the necessary dry. When the battery is connected backwards or short-circuited, its current is very large and the controller will not be damaged, but the fuse will fuse and accompanied by a strong fire phenomenon. The impact on the battery and on your equipment will be very strong at this time. When using, please try to avoid this kind of situation. Batteries may produce combustible gas, please stay away from sparks.
