1. Q: Where is your company and factory? How far is it away from the Shenzhen Port? 

 A: We are located in Guangming District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, where is only half an hour away from Shenzhen Port.

2. Q: Are your products available to customise?

 A: Yes, we always try our best to satisfy the customers' needs with years of experience as OEM & ODM. So please feel free to let us know if you need any customesed products.

3. Q: How long is the warranty of your products? How can you gurantee the after-sales service?

 A: The warranty for most of our products is 2 year while for the solar panels is 5 years.Once any problems happened, please feel free to contact us via Wechat, WhatsApp, Skype, email, etc. We will try our best the solve the problems for you.

4. Q: When it is being charged during the day with solar panel, can the AC output be used?

A: The electric applicance can be used during charging, but please make sure there are enough power to run the applicance.

5. Q: The cables that comes with the system would be standard, can they be extendead if required?

A: Yes, we can make the length of cable according to your requirement, but it need to be charged accordingly.

 6. Q: If the products get damaged during the shipping, what will you do?

A: Generally our customer will purchase the insurance before shipping in case any accidents happen. We will help you to claim for compensation with the insurance companies.
