Q: Are you a trading company or factory?

A: We are a professional import and export company mostly at the moment, but with some manufacturing facilities and       resources.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. It really depends on the quantity ordered.

Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or the buyer has to pay?

A: Yes, we could offer sample for parts and smaller components, which can be free of charge. The freight cost should be on buyer's account.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the balance before shipment.

Q: How do solar photovoltaic (PV) panels work?

A: Solar panels absorb the sun's energy throughout the day and convert it into direct current (DC) electricity. You will need to either buy out your lease before you sell your home, or work with your leasing company to transfer the lease agreement to the home's new owner.
