Our company now has 2 laboratories and 1 pilot plant. The raw material synthesis laboratory has a 120m2 laboratory and a 20m2 warehouse; it is equipped with a gas chromatography, a liquid chromatography and other analysis and testing instruments; it is equipped with a 50L and 100L double glass reactor each and a related high and low temperature circulation tank, As well as various small experimental instruments, it can complete the synthesis of related products from kilogram to 100 kilograms. The intermediate synthesis laboratory has a 400m2 laboratory, equipped with gas and liquid phase detection and analysis instruments, equipped with 100L, 50L reactors and other equipment, equipped with various small experimental instruments, which can complete the synthesis of kilogram and 100 kilogram level related intermediate products. There are 36 production personnel in the pilot workshop, with an area of ​​400m2, equipped with 5 50L, 100L, 300L, 500L, 1000L reactors, 1 rectification kettle, and supporting related refrigeration, steam, circulating water, air compressors, drying, etc. Auxiliary facilities and equipment; it can complete the synthetic production of related products from 100 kg to tonnage.
