Bolted steel tank is made of special steel, polymer composite sealing materials, self-locking bolt assembling materials.
There are double film protective layer (electrophoretic-coating and power coating ) on the surface of the special steel plate after treatment. The hardness, adhesion, corrosion and shock resistance can meet different clients' requirements.
Bolted steel tank is widely used for the storage of gas, liquid and solid in sewage treatment, biogas engineering, food storage and other industries. In biogas engineering, assembling tank is an important equipment for various organic matter fermentation.

Bolted steel tank adopts advanced ECEP(Electrophoretic-coating and power-coating) process which maks steel sheet achieve excellent anti-corrosion level.
Electrophoretic plate adopts special plates dealing with multiple precision maching. After pickling, phosphating, electrophresis and then in special anticorrosive processing, electrophoretic coating formed a protective layer which can not only prevent corrosion, but also have strong acid and alkali resistance fuction. Moreover, the electrophoretic coating has extremely strong resistance to abrasion.

Electrophoretic plates adopt split joint mode between the splice of the upper and lower, left and right overlapping and use selt-locking bolt connection form.
The electrophoretic plates are mutually combined and the overlap between which are coated with special polymer composite sealant that turns into rubber with high elasticity, high cold tolerance, weather resistance and other characteristics.
The top of self-locking belt is wrapped up in plastic with extremely strong resistance to corrosion. And in the bolt root there are four tenon device with selof-locking function.
This kind of assembling structure achieves the installation requirements of simplicity, high-speed and low cost.
