Company Profile
Our story began in 2001 when True Blue Sports started a sportswear manufacturing unit to cater our valued customers’ demand in Pakistan with production capacity of 500 garments a day. Throughout the years we have expanded the product line as well as production capacity. 5 years later in 2007 we started exporting our sportswear, Fitness wear and leather products to our international customer in US, Europe and Asia.
Our Working Model with Major Clients
Our working practices with our major clients have evolved and transformed with time into a better working model. We both have got chance to learn a lot from each other from placing orders to shipping. I’d like to share some of them which I think will work for us right from the beginning.
We usually have 6 months production and shipping plan and 1 year forecasting plan from our clients. Which helps us:
Procure material from quality mill
Consistency in quality of material
Avoid use of stock lots for better quality
Allocation of resources
Consistency in quality of garments
On time production and shipping
Quality Control Practices
QC job gets starts with procurement of material. We develop standard material trim cards for all the articles and procured material is checked for quality against the trim card.
In Sewing Lines we have In-line QC inspectors.
Once garment is sewn, final Quality Inspection is done. The process is divided into steps to ensure quality of garments from all aspects.
A team of Quality inspectors measure 100% of garments against provided size chart
A team of Quality inspectors check 100% outer shells of garment
A team of Quality inspectors check 100% lining and inter-lining of garment
A team cleans the sewing traces
A team carefully attaches barcode labels and hang tags
A team wraps the bags and put garments in boxes
Merchandisers do the random quality inspection of garments and submit their report to CEO.
We properly maintain record of Quality Inspection and is communicated to all the relevant departments.
