Product Overview
Anaerobic fermenter is a tank with compound heat preservation structure. The upper part of the tank body is provided with a feeding port, and the lower part is provided with a discharging port. The top of the tank body is provided with the gas storage package, the gas storage package and the material in the tank formed between the gas storage package, and the upper part of the tank body is provided with the methane outlet connected with the gas storage chamber. The gas storage bag is a flexible membrane with a double layer structure and a flexible membrane in the outer layer. The stabilized fan is installed on it. In order to facilitate the measurement of the air pressure in the gas storage chamber, a pressure probe is installed in the gas storage chamber. The inner wall of the tank body is provided with a tubular heat exchanger and a temperature probe is installed in the tank body. The tank body is provided with a stirrer, and the tank body is provided with a control system. The raw material is added into the fermentation tank through the feed port. After the material reaches a certain height, the heating device and tubular heat exchanger are controlled by the control system for heating, so that the temperature in the tank reaches the set range. At the same time, the agitator works, so that the material in the tank is mixed more fully and the temperature is more uniform. The biogas produced by fermentation rises to the gas storage package at the top of the fermentation tank, and the pressure probe detects the air pressure in the gas storage chamber online. When the air pressure in the gas storage chamber is insufficient, it is inflated by the pressure stabilizing fan to keep the pressure in the gas storage chamber balanced. When the biogas in the gas storage chamber reaches a certain capacity, the pressure shown by the pressure probe is greater than that in the gas storage bag. At this time, the biogas can be discharged through the biogas outlet and sent into the biogas collector. After the fermentation,the biogas residue is discharged from the discharge port. In order to achieve a balance between the feed and the discharge, the fermentation tank: continuous work, the whole feeding, heating, mixing, fermentation, biogas collection and other processes through the control system for automatic control and regulation.
