(1)What’s your MOQ?

Most of our products have no MOQ at all,but pls order one carton cuz some of the chairs are 2pcs/ctn.some is 1pc/ctn.

(2)Are you are manufactore?

Sure! we make the furniture from 2007

(3)What’s your payment term?

We accept T/T and L/C payment,for T/T normally we do it at 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L shipping docuemnts,but if you have a big order then we can accept 15% deposit and 85% against copy of shipping documents.

(4)How long will it takes for a sample?

If you like our model but in different fabric then it will costs a week to be finished,but if you supply your design to sampling

then it will cost around 20-45 days depand on the difficulty.

(5)Do you charge sample fee?

For choicing our model to make a sample then itself will free of charge you just need to pay the express cost and if you supply your design then we will charge you 2 times of the sample cost and it will be back to you after ordering.

(6)What’s your products warranty?

Normally we will hole responsibility for 2years for normal using.

(7)What’s your standard packing?

We normally use 220 pounds carton for packing,but if you want to mail box then we can make it in extra 230pounds packing and you just need to pay a little more but get an extra protecting.

(8)What’s your delivery time?

Normally we ship the goods around 30-45days for HC40’,but it will be different from different models.

Can we use our own fabric or printing our own design?

Of course you can send your fabric or sample of fabric we will try to find the similar one for you.meanwhile if you want to print your own design on the products we are glad to supply you our fabric model to you for designing.But this need to order some quantities.
