FAQ and solution

Question 1: When start the generator, the generator shuts down, start up repeatedly.

Solution 1:

Check the loaded appliacne power. If the loaded appliacne power is more than 600W, the system will start

 over load protection.The loaded appliacne power should be less than 500W, Restart the system to recover.

Solution 2:

Please shut sown the switch, and restart the system, let the system work for one minute, and turn on the appliance one by one. 

Question 2:During using the system, the generator stops working suddenly or shuts down, start up repeatedly

Solution 1:

The system doesn't have enough electricity ( the voltage is under 9.4V10.8V),so please shut down the AC switch. After it is fully charged, 

you can use it.(the voltage is 12.5V-14.8V).

 Solution 1:Press the button of the voltmeter to check whether the generator has electricity. If it has enoughelectricity, remove the loading socket

or shut down the loading switch. Then press the AC switch,restart the generator. Everything will be ok.

Question 4:The cooling fan doesn't work.

 Solution 1:Because the cooling fan has temperature control function, so when the temperature in the generator is high, the fan will work.
