4. Can i power ac and dc devices simultaneously?

Yes, you can use the AC and DC outputs at the same time.

5. Does it have the ability to control/regulate the power from solar panels? Or do panels need onboard or separate controllers?

Yes, it is installed with MPPT so it can receives power directly from solar panel. No extra external controller is needed.
