  The small accessories of Ground Solar PV Mounting Systems are packed with 3 standard kinds of paper cartons, weight range from 5-25kg per box, 0.5-1.5tons per pallet. Longer components of MRac Ground solar PV racking system, like solar rail, solar structure beams are loaded   on pallets with 2 to 8 pieces per bundle. The sizes of cartons and pallets are always calculated according to 20ft and 40ft containers to ship by   sea  and by truck inland.

Mibet’s quality team carry out the Quality Inspection with equipment as spectrum to check the elements of our raw material Aluminum and  steel, tester to read the thickness of anodizing surface of Aluminum, the thickness of hot-dip galvanizing of steel surface, and Ultrasonic tester  to assure the wall thickness of HDPE floaters, according to process of ISO9001:2008 and ISO14000, and record inspect data strictly in  our computer ERP system, to deliver cargos of rooftop solar racking brackets 100% qualified.
