Brief Introduction:

Tank type is also devided into independent type and integrated type.

Performance and Characteristics:

The bolted /assembling tank is made of special steel plate, special sealing material, self locking bolt and other materials. 

There are ECPC and glass-lined two types of tank coatings which have good anticorrosion property. Service life of up to 30 years.

1) ECPC TANK

The electrophoresis plate is after pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis and preservative treatment on the plate, and then spray the steel plate to double anticorrosion treatment get in by every opening. A strong binding force is formed between the electrophoresis layer and the steel plate. The protective layer electrophoresis coating formation can not only prevent the corrosion, but also has the function of anti acid and alkali. Electrophoretic coating also has extremely strong wear resistance.

2) GLASS-LINED-TO-STEEL TANK

Traditional enamel coating, which has good quality and widely used in potable water, wastewater treatment industry.

Bolted Tank Usage

1. Widely used in biogas, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electric power and other projects in the field of anaerobic tank, sewage treatment equipments.

2. Can be used in the barn, oil storage tanks, feed tanks, brewing raw materials and other steel tanks.

3. Can be used for manufacturing waste water container, filter, cooking device, biological reactor, wastewater sedimentation tank, intermediate process tank, sedimentation tank, fermentation tank, etc.
