Products Description

Higher Yield Due to Better Shading Response Half Cell Module comprises two separated and identical solalr cell arrays, which means the ordinary strings of cells are cut into halves, and these shorter strings compose which has separated current paths. When a module is shaded, only one side shaded array's current will be impacted, while the other array will still be functionally producing power. Under this circumstance, when a module is shaded, the affected working areas of Blade will be 50% less. By cutting solar cell into halves, the internal power loss will be lower and hot spot effect will also be reduced.

Circular Ribbon Brings More Energy

Comparing with conventional, Our TR module uses circular ribbon which is developed by R&D independently to achieve the reutilization of light absorption and increase energy generation.

Better Performance in Low Irradiance Environment

Comparing with normal module, Rs of TR module will increase about 5.4% and shows better performance in low irradiance environment.

Lower Microcrack Loss

Comparing with normal module , current transmission distance is 50% lower which decreases the power loss by micro crack.

Comparing with normal ribbon, circular ribbon has better suppleness, after the pressing process, it performs excellent reliability.
