1. Q: Where is your company and factory? How far is it away from the Shenzhen Port?

     A: We are located in Guangming District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, where is only half an hour away from Shenzhen Port.

    A: The warranty for PAYGO is 2 years while for the solar panels is 5 years.
