Product Details Show

1.The use of high efficiency crystal silicon solar cells, coated with silicon dioxide coating can effectively prevent the reflection of sunlight, improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar panels, up to 18%

2.lamination:A total of 5 layers are stacked from top to bottom: glass, EVA, solar cells, EVA, back plate. Waterproof, anti-corrosion, shockproof, anti-distortion, service life of up to 25 years.

3. Glass: the use of pilgrimage toughened low-carbon glass, with high light transmittance, waterproof, high mechanical strength, often time ultraviolet irradiation also does not change color characteristics, effective protection of solar cells.

4. EVA: EVA is added with anti-ultraviolet agent and curing agent. During the hot-pressing treatment, it solidifies to form a protective layer with elasticity, and can make the solar cell closely contact with the three parts on the back of the glass to form a sealed and waterproof whole, so as to achieve the effect of protecting the solar panel

5. Back sheet: TPT plate is adopted to resist light, moisture and corrosion

6. Aluminum frame: tin-plated anti-oxidation and anti-distortion aluminum alloy aluminum ore, increased the mechanical strength of solar panels

7. Junction box: the junction box is attached to the back of the solar panel and leads out the electrodes in the solar panel to connect the externally connected electrical products. Easy to disassemble and does not require local maintenance. When the power of the solar panel is high, the junction box has built-in circuit diodes to protect the circuit from high current burn
