1. Can I have a sample?

Yes, we welcome sample orders to check quality. If you have a freight forwarding in China, we can ship it to your freight forwarder's warehouse, which is more convenient and saves money.

 

 

2. What's the lead time?

The lead time of the sample takes 3-7 days, and the production time of the batch order takes 2 weeks or more.

 

 

3. What is your MOQ?

Any quantity is welcome.

We also provide a variety of customized services, such as color battery shells, color cartons and so on.

 

4. Can I print my logo on the product?

Yes, we accept OEM.

 

5. Do you provide product warranty?

Yes, we can provide a 1-5 year warranty based on your requirements.

 

6. What is your transportation method?

We recommend that samples and small orders be shipped to our destination through our shipper partners, and our shipper partners have excellent UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT services.

When you have a large quantity, you need to choose shipping. We have MSDS and related transportation materials to support us to ship to your country.

 

Lithium battery FAQ

Q1.Can I just try samples for the first order?

A2:Trail order is acceptable. We can sell just few pcs for you the confirm the specifications of our products. 

 

Q2:Is the battery BMS included?

A2:Yes.It's advanced BMS included and very safe to use.

 

Q3:Does the battery have overcharge and overdischarge protection?

A3:Yes.We use advanced BMS and it can protect the batteru well from overcharge and overdischarge.

 

Q4.Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourself?

A4:Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;

1>Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put inparallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.

2>Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.

3>Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.

Q5.what is your warranty?

A5:We offer 2 -5 years warranty for the battery.we ensure at least 32000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack,which means,after 3000@80% DOD,there will still around 60% capacityt left.You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

 

Q6.How do we ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?

A6:The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder. Then we can ship the battery packs.For sample order or small battery packs,we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc.If whole parcel over 500KGS,can ship by air or by sea,sea shipping is more economical.

 

Q7.Before sending you our best offer,which detailes supplier need to know?

A:1>Please confirm the battery model and quantity

Inverter FAQ

Q1: How to choose a right inverter?

A1:Tell us your demand, then our sales will recommend a suitable inverter to you.

 

Q2: What's the different between inverter and solar inverter?

A2:  Inverter is only accept AC input, but solar inverter not only accept AC input but also can connect with solar panel to accept PV input, it more save power.  

 

Q3: What should be noticed when installing ups power supply or inverter?

A3: Put the product in a place where is well ventilate,cool, dry and water-proof. Pls do not stress and do not put foreign objects into the ups power supply or inverter.Rember to turn on the ups power supply or inverter before turn on the appliance.

 

Q4: Difference between built-in battery ups and external battery?

A4: The backup time of the built-in battery ups is only about 10 minutes. The external battery ups can increase the battery capacity according to the demand, for increas the backup time.

 

Q5: What's the inverter solar power home pv system?

A5: Solar panel converts sunlight to DC current and inverter converts electricity DC to AC,Take electricity your home requires
